Hi there, try this it is a little different and very tasty.





Ingredients


350g/12oz Allinson Original Strong Wholemeal Flour


25g/1oz Sugar


1tsp Salt


2tbsp Cocoa Powder, sieved


1 x 7g Sachet Allinson Easy Bake Yeast


25g/1oz Butter


75g/3oz Plain Continental Chocolate


250ml/9floz warm Water


To Glaze


Honey or Apricot Glaze





Method


1. Melt the chocolate and the butter.





2. Place all of the ingredients into a mixer with a dough hook attached.





3. Mix to a soft dough and knead for 5 minutes.





4. If mixing by hand, put the dry ingredients in to a bowl, sprinkle on the yeast and mix to a soft dough with the chocolate mixture and water.





5. Knead on a lightly floured board for 10 minutes.





6. Shape the dough into a sausage and place into a greased savarin tin (21cm/9inches diameter).





7. Leave to prove until double in size.





8. Bake at 190掳C/375掳F/Gas Mark 5 for 30 minutes.





9. Brush with your choice of glaze and serve.
