Does anyone have the basic bread recipe for an LG breadmaker?

My mum has an LG breadmaker and cannot find the instruction book that goes with it. She is after the basic bread recipe. Does anyone know (a) where we can find another book (LG site not very helpful!) or (b) does anyone actually have the recipe and can put on site. 230 mm water (room temp)


1.5 tablespoon sugar


half teaspoon salt


1 tablespoon oil ( I use Olive oil)


1.5 tablespoons dried milk powder


400 grams strong white bread flour ( Hovis extra strong in the green %26amp; white bag is a good make)


2 teaspoons yeast.








This makes a 1.5 lb. loaf.


I do not know what the basic bread programme is for the LG - sorry. Contact the manufacturer on their web site. I have a Russell Hobbs and basic Programme is 3 and you can change the crust for light , medium or dark. I stick to the light crust. Good luck
