French/ Italian bread recipes without yeast?

Does anybody have or know of a recipe for Italian or French bread without yeast?French/ Italian bread recipes without yeast?
Here are three recipes to try. The first is similar to an Irish soda bread, the second is a plain loaf, and the third is breadsticks. A true French or Italian loaf, though, will have yeast in it.

i've never heard of ';french bread'; without yeast, its what gives it is flavor and the mark that is put across or down the center of the bread.
