NO Yeast Bread Recipes Needed?

A friend of mine recently found out that she's extremely allergic to yeast, and has been trying to find recipes for bread that does not have yeast in it. Can anyone send me some recipes for Yeast-less bread?NO Yeast Bread Recipes Needed?
* 2 1/2 cups self-rising flour


* 3 tablespoons white sugar


* 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage





1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9x5 inch loaf pan.


2. Combine the flour, sugar and carbonated beverage. Mix well and place into the prepared pan.


3. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes. Note: If using a sweetened carbonated beverage cut back on the sugar a little.








4 cups Whole wheat flour


2 tablespoons Baking powder


1 teaspoon Salt


2 tablespoons Wheat germ


2 tablespoons Oil


2 cups Milk or water





Mix the dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients. Add together and mix well. Place on floured board and knead 3-4 times. Shape into loaf and put in greased bread tin. Bake at 400 F for 10 minutes, then lower oven to 325 F and bake 1 hour longerNO Yeast Bread Recipes Needed?
Sweet breads don't have yeast in them (pumpkin, cranberry, nut, etc). They're sweeter, and denser though. This lemon bread might work though. She could use orange instead too; and experiment with using less sugar and leaving out the nuts (or using them finely ground instead)





LEMON CAKE BREAD





3/4 c. butter, softened


2-1/2 c. sugar


4 eggs, slightly beaten


1 c. milk


grated peel of 1 lemon


3 c. sifted flour


1-1/4 tsp baking powder


3/4 c. chopped nuts


juice of 1 lemon


Cream together butter and 2 c. sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and blend well. Add milk and lemon peel and mix well. Sift together flour %26amp; baking powder and stir into creamed mixture. Add nuts. Bake at 350 for 60 min. Cool in pan.....Use a bundt or tube pan .... combine remaining sugar (1/2 c.) and lemon juice and pour over WARM cake in pan. Cool completely before removing from pan

YEASTLESS WHOLE WHEAT BREAD





2 c. buttermilk


2 tbsp. melted butter


3 c. whole wheat flour


1 c. lightly packed brown sugar


1 tsp. baking powder


1 tsp. baking soda


1 tsp. salt





Don't preheat oven. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Whisk milk and butter in small bowl. Stir dry ingredients in large bowl. Make a well in center; pour in liquid and stir until smooth. Spread evenly in loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (Place pan in center rack of oven.)
