Ok, here's what I need.


I need a recipe that sounds totally gross, disgusting, and nasty.


It's for a story, and it doesn't need to be long, and you can even make it up.


But make all the ingredients have to be sorta natural-ish, like spices, wheat, weeds, fish guts, even mud! LOL
