Does anyone have a super easy Banana Bread recipe?

I have bananas that are browning and I've decided to make banana bread. I love to cook but I hate to bake. I need something that's easy and delicious.Does anyone have a super easy Banana Bread recipe?
EASY BANANA BREAD





1/4 c. butter or shortening


1/2 c. sugar


1 egg


2 c. flour


1/2 tsp. baking soda


1/2 tsp. baking powder


1/4 tsp. salt


3 tbsp. yogurt or buttermilk


3 ripe bananas, mashed





Mix shortening or butter to sugar and egg. Mix dry ingredients together. Mix yogurt and bananas. Add dry mixture and banana mixture to shortening mixture. Pour into greased 5 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.





EASY BANANA NUT BREAD





1/2 c. oil


1 c. sugar


2 beaten eggs


2-3 bananas (ripe)


2 c. flour


1 tsp. baking soda


1/2 tsp. baking powder


3 tbsp. milk


1/2 tsp. vanilla


1/2 c. nuts (optional)





Beat oil and sugar. Add eggs and bananas; mix well. Mix together dry ingredients, then add to wet mix. Stir in milk and vanilla. Add nuts if desired.


For a sweet change substitute 6 ounces of chocolate chips for nuts - the kids love it!





Pour into greased floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool and wrap in saran wrap or foil. Tastes even better the next day.Does anyone have a super easy Banana Bread recipe?
Banana Bread Recipe





INGREDIENTS


3 or 4 ripe bananas, (mashed)


1/3 cup melted butter


1 cup sugar (can easily reduce to 3/4 cup)


1/4 cup chopped walnuts


a pinch nutmeg powder


1 egg, beaten


1 teaspoon vanilla


1 teaspoon baking soda


Pinch of salt


1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour





METHOD





No need for a mixer for this recipe. Preheat the oven to 350掳F (175掳C). With a wooden spoon, mix butter into the mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl. Mix in the walnut, sugar, egg, and vanilla. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt, nutmeg powder over the mixture and mix in. Add the flour last, mix. Pour mixture into a buttered 4x8 inch loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour. Cool on a rack. Remove from pan and slice to serve.
