Does anyone have an amazing Banana Bread recipe?

I'm making banana bread today and the recipes I've used are either too cake like or too crumbly. Any recipes?Does anyone have an amazing Banana Bread recipe?
Banana Nut Bread (out of the old Betty Crocker)

buttermilk makes it moist and yummy! Extra banana can be added if desired and will not affect the breads outcome, will only make it more moist. It really doesnt need the icing, that is optional

* 1 cup chopped pecans

* Icing

* 3 tablespoons butter, softened

* 2 cups confectioners' sugar

This recipe is my favourite. If you want to ice it, ice it with chocolate, lemon, or cream cheese icing.

125g butter, softened

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

3 over ripe bananas

1%26amp;1/2 cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

Preheat the oven to 180掳C

Beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs slowly; making sure that the mixture doesn鈥檛 curdle. Mashed the bananas with a fork and add to the butter mixture as well. Very gently mix in the flour and baking soda until combined. Pour into a 23x21 cm baking tin, greased and lined on the bottom. Bake for about 1 hour until the bread is spongy in the middle. Cool on a wire wrack and store in an airtight container.

Lasts for up to 1 week.

Makes about 20 pieces
