1.5 tsp yeast


1 3/4 cup + 2 Tbsp bread flour


1/4 cup sugar


1/2 tsp salt


2 Tbsp + 1 tsp veg. oil


2 egg yolks


2/3 cup water








1 1/2 lb





2 1/4 tsp yeast


2 1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp bread flour


1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp sugar


1/4 tsp salt


3 1/2 Tbsp veg oil


3 egg yolks


1 cup water




















Buttery Sweet Bread for Bread Machine





3录 hours | 5 min prep | 1 1/2 pound loaf 1/2 cup milk


1/3 cup water


1 egg, beaten


1/4 cup sugar


1/4 cup butter or margarine


1 teaspoon salt


3 1/3 cups bread flour


2 teaspoons bread machine yeast





Place all the ingredients into the bread machine according to machine manufacturer's instructions.


Use basic white bread or sweet bread cycle.

SOUR DOUGH BREAD





Ingredient





1/2 cup plain, nonfat yogurt


2/3 cup water


1 tablespoon lemon juice


1 tablespoon margarine or butter, softened


3.25 cups bread machine flour


1 tablespoon sugar


1.5 teaspoon salt


3 teaspoons regular active dry yeast OR


2.75 teaspoons bread machine or quick-acting active dry yeast





Bake on French Bread cycle
