2 tablespoon mayonnaise
3 tablespoons garlic powder
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
6 hoagie rolls, split lengthwise
1 cup mozzarella
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese for topping
In a small bowl, make a paste with the butter, mayonnaise, garlic, 4 tablespoons Parmesan, and pepper.
Spread equal amounts of the paste on each roll half. Arrange roll halves on the cookie sheet, topping side up, and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella.
Broil on the top rack in the preheated oven 1 to 2 minutes, or until lightly toasted. Watch them very carefully! They can burn very quickly.I need a good bread recipe to go with grilled steaks tommorow?

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Slice the French baguette in half lengthwise.

I have to sacrifice the 10 pts and go with the first guy. That sounds very fattening, but delicious. My dumb garlic bread won't stand up to that!

SUPER CHEESE GARLIC BREAD
6 garlic cloves
1/2 cup cream cheese cheese spread
1/4 cup mozzarella
1 tsp Herbs de Provence
1/2 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
a pinch of nutmeg
1 small loaf French bread
butter
Slice the loaf into roughly 1 inch slices. Spread with butter and keep aside.
Mince the garlic and saut茅 in a small amount of butter along with the herbs until aromatic.
Combine the cream cheese with remaining condiments, garlic and herbs.
Spread the mixture thickly on the buttered slices and top with a sprinkle of mozzarella.
Grill at 475掳F (250掳C) until the cheese melts and begins to brown.
Note: Adjust all ingredients to taste.
Mushroom Bread
1 8 oz. refrigerated crescent rolls
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 T butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 t fine herbs or Italian seasoning
Preheat over to 375. Separate dough into triangles. Place on 13'; baking stone. Spread and roll out dough to cover stone. Toss mushrooms in melted butter and arrange on top of dough. Sprinkle with cheese and herbs. Bake 15-20 minutes.
Garlic Cheese Biscuits
1 1/4 cups biscuit mix
1/2 cup grated sharp Cheddar
1/2 cup water
Garlic Butter:
1/2 stick unsalted butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine the biscuit mix and cheese in a small bowl. Add the water and stir just until combined. The dough will be slightly moist. Drop the dough by tablespoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes, until the biscuits are firm and beginning to brown.
While the biscuits are baking, make the garlic butter. In a small bowl, combine the butter, garlic powder, salt, and parsley flakes. Mix well. As soon as you bring the biscuits from the oven, brush them with the garlic butter using a pastry brush
